Dodgeball is a classic gym game that is played as early as grade school.

If you wanted to play an official game of dodgeball make sure you have the right size and number balls. According to the National Dodgeball League the specifications for the balls is:

6 regulation size balls should be used: 4 Blockers™ (8.5″) and 2 Stingers™ (5″).
Ball layout goes as follows: Blocker, Stinger, Blocker, Blocker, Stinger, Blocker.

So just remember the 5 Ds. Dodge, Duck, Dip, Dive, and DODGE!
